The vision for 177 Pacific Highway centres around simple yet sophisticated design that supports a flexible workspace of the future enabling collaboration, integration and flexibility.

Crafted by award-winning architects, Bates Smart, 177 Pacific Highway is a landmark addition to the North Sydney skyline, offering a new benchmark for A-Grade buildings in one of Australia’s largest commercial districts.

The design philosophy is evidenced everywhere, from the intelligently engineered seven-metre cantilever cutaways, large floorplates benefiting from almost column-free design, to the skyrise lifts promising convenience and speed.

"The result is a place where
work and lifestyle intersect."

The tower design creates a new gateway to North Sydney, providing a major public space for the people of North Sydney in the form of a naturally ventilated, all weather Garden Plaza.

The design commitment target of a minimum 5 Star Green Star rating has been achieved. Specific environmental benefits incorporated include natural ventilation to the podium, orientation-specific sun shading to minimise heat gain, low temperature Variable Air Volume (VAV), rainwater recycling, and low embodied energy in materials.
